喀什地区城乡公共客运发展模式研究

Study on Development Mode of Public Passenger Transport in Kashi

喀什地处我国南疆地区,物产丰富、民族交融、极具特色。2010年新一轮援疆建设以来,喀什地区综合交通条件持续改善,城乡居民公共客运需求快速增长。为了打造具有喀什地区特色的公共客运交通系统,深入调研上海援建四县的城乡客运和基础建设现状,充分借鉴国内外发展经验,根据各县实际发展条件和发展需求,提出了城乡公共客运"统一发展目标、不同发展模式"的设想,逐步构建一个衔接合理的"城际、城市、城乡和农村"四级公共客运服务保障系统,满足城乡居民出行需求。

Kashi is rich in natural resources, ethnic custom and culture. Since the new partner assistance to Xinjiang in 2010, traffic condition in Kashi has improved and public passenger transport demand has increased. In order to build a Kashi- characteristic public passenger transport system, this paper does in-depth research on urban and rural passenger transport status, learns from foreign and domestic experience, proposes ＂unified development goals, different development modes＂ to the four counties according to their actual development demand and condition, gradually build a complete and reasonable passenger transport assurance system.
