试论医学生的医德医风教育

On the Education of the Students’ Medical Ethics and Atmosphere

医学生的道德修养会直接影响到他们走上工作岗位后医疗行业的职业作风,也会对整个社会的道德环境和社会稳定造成影响。因此,以医学职业道德教育为切入点,加强医学生的医德医风教育,是实现把医学生培养成身心健康的社会人、德才兼备的医务工作者这一目标的有效途径。总之,医德医风教育是医学生思想政治教育的重点,更是医学生实习期间医学教育的难点。只要我们思想上重视,教育方式得当,良好的医德医风就会形成并发扬光大。

The morality of the students majoring in medicine will directly affect their professionalism after they be- came doctors. And it will do harm to the social moral environment and social stability. Strengthening the education of the medical ethnics and atmosphere with the breakthrough point of medial professional morality of the students is an effective way to cultivate the students into a character- healthy social person,a good medical workers with good skills and morality. In one word,medical ethnics and atmosphere is the main point of the moral education to the students,as well as the most difficult point in the students＇ field work practice. As long as we pay attention to it, and have a good teaching methods,a fine medical ethnics and atmosphere will be formed and carried out all their ways.
