巨瓣兜兰组培快繁技术研究

摘要 在巨瓣兜兰的组培快繁过程中,有机添加物10%的椰乳对原球茎的诱导有极显著影响;激素组合6-BA和NAA及配比10:1对芽的诱导和增殖起明显的促进作用;一定浓度的IBA对巨瓣兜兰的壮苗生根起关键性作用因素;栽培基质的选择极大地影响巨瓣兜兰的移栽成活率。 In this study,tissue culture and rapid propagation of Paphiopedilum beUatulum with different treatments were conducted. The results showed that:l ) organic amendment of 10% coconut milk significantly affected the induction rate of protoconn;2) hormone combination of 6-BA and NAA with formulation of 10:1 obviously enhanced the induction and proliferation of buds;3 ) IBA at the proper concentration played the key role in the process of rooting and seedling growth ;4) culture medium selection was a critical factor greatly influencing the survival rate of the transplants.
