This paper introduces the general situation of main line for 30 t axle load AC driven electric locomotive, analyzes locomotive axle load, wheel arrangement, axial power, speed class and speed at constant power based on the line for 30 t axle load AC driven elec- tric locomotive, and then presents the key technical parameters of 30 t axle load locomotive.
