摘要
根据机车轮对和轨道的实际尺寸,考虑材料非线性和接触非线性,建立轮轨接触弹塑性有限元模型。基于此有限元模型,分析计算了车轮材质不同对轮轨接触的影响,以及牵引力对轮轨接触的影响,得出了接触斑、接触应力等的变化规律。
According to the actual size of the wheels and the track, considering the material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity establish contact with elastic-plastic finite element model of wheel-rail. Based on this finite element model analysis to calculate the different wheel material impact on the wheel-rail contact and the effect of traction on the wheel-rail contact, obtained a variation of the contact spot, contact stress and the like.
