嵩县产业集聚区建设问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Construction of Industry Clustered District of Songxian County

嵩县产业集聚区的发展处于起步阶段,循环经济模式与科技合作模式是其发展中两个值得肯定的做法。但其在发展中还存在投资不足、产业定位不明确、资源优势没有充分发挥、产城融合规划不完善等问题。由此提出的对策建议包括:充分利用自身优势资源及产业基础做好主导产业规划定位及引资工作;统筹考虑产城融合的规划与建设;对集聚区基础设施建设及入驻企业融资问题的考虑。

The development： of industry clustered area in Songxian County is at the initial stage and the modes of circular economy and technology cooperation are the measures worth stressing for the development of industrial agglomeration in the county. Yet, there still exist in the development the problems of inadequate investment, uncertainty of industry status, insufficient application of the resource advantages and imperfect design of merging production with urban development. The proposed countermeasures and suggestions include ： to make full use of its advantages of resources as well as its excellent industrial foundation so as to do better the leading industry planning and investment, to consider systematically the planning and construction of integration of production with urban development and to solve the problem of constructing the infrastructures in the agglomeration district and financing the enterprises introduced.
