Exploration of Maintenance and Management of KM-20 Type Vacuum Boiling Desalination Device

海水淡化装置习惯上称为造水机,是远洋船舶的一个必不可少的装置。介绍了某轮真空沸腾式海水淡化装置,通过对相关参数的计算,得知该真空沸腾式海水淡化装置的实际产水量小于设计值。经过分析,得出了产水量变小的原因,提出了解决方法。最后,给出了装置的改进意见。

Desalination device is customarily called fresh water generator which is a necessary device of ocean -going vessels. It also introduces certain vacuum boiling desalination device. Through the calculation of the relevant parameters, we can conclude that the actual production of the vacuum boiling water desalination device is less than the design value. After analysis, we summed up reasons for the decrease of water yield and made corresponding solutions. At last, this paper gives us suggestions for the improvement of the device.
