摘要
建立测定盘龙七中多糖含量的方法。以无水葡萄糖为对照品,采用蒽酮一硫酸比色法,在584nm处测定盘龙七中多糖的含量。多糖在0.02—0.10mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为),=6.7950x+0.0342,7=0.9994(n=5),平均回收率为101.06%,RSD=1.31%,(n=6)。结论是所用方法快速准确、重现性好,可用于盘龙七中多糖的含量测定。
To establish a method to determine the content of polysaccharides in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae. De- termination of polysaccharides in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae were tested at 584 nm by Anthrone-sulfuric Acid colorimetric method in which anhydrous Dextrose was used as standard reference. The linear range of polysaccha- rides was 0. 02 -0. 10 mg/mL, the linear equation was y =6. 795 0x +0. 034 2, the relevance modulus T =0. 999 4(n =5). The average recovery was 101.06% and RSD = 1.31% (rt =6). Conclusion: this method is rapid, accu- rate and reproducible. It can be used to determine Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae.
