CT灌注成像及CT动脉造影对下肢缺血模型侧支循环状况的检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨采用CT灌注成像(CTP)及CT动脉造影(CTA)评估检查下肢缺血模型侧支循环状况的可行性。方法:将12只雄性新西兰兔制成左下肢缺血模型,随后进行骨髓抽取及BM-MSCs的分离与培养,当细胞数量达106时,于缺血局部肌肉注射体外扩增的自体BM-MSCs悬液,第一次移植后2周采用GE Light speed Ultra 8层螺旋CT进行双下肢CTP及CTA检查。移植4周后同样进行双下肢CTP及CTA检查。扫描结束后再进行重建,将图像传输到工作站,再进行血流灌注重建及下肢血管三维重建,以检测下肢血管血流灌注及血管生成,比较两次缺血改善情况。结果:①CTP重建后结果示移植4周后血流灌注比移植2周后明显增加。②CTA重建后结果示移植4周后侧支血管生成较移植2周后明显增多。结论:CTP及CTA可以作为评估下肢缺血模型侧支循环生成状况的新方法。
