广西黑衣壮族和白裤瑶族人群血脂水平及其相关危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解广西黑衣壮族和白裤瑶族人群血脂水平、高脂血症患病率及其相关危险因素的差异。方法:在我们先前分层(性别与年龄)随机抽样的标本中随机选取黑衣壮族816名和白裤瑶族826名作研究对象。比较两种民族人群血脂水平、高脂血症患病率及其相关危险因素的差异。结果:黑衣壮族人群血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白(Apo)A1水平以及ApoA1/ApoB比值高于白裤瑶族人群(均P<0.01),而低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平则低于白裤瑶族人群(P<0.01)。黑衣壮族人群高甘油三酯血症患病率低于白裤瑶族人群(7.11%比10.53%,P<0.05),但高胆固醇血症和高脂血症患病率与白裤瑶族人群比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。性别、体重指数、血压、饮酒、吸烟和年龄对两民族人群血脂水平影响的程度不同。结论:黑衣壮族人群的血脂谱和高甘油三酯血症患病率与白裤瑶族人群比较有差异,可能与他们的饮食习惯、生活方式和遗传背景不同有关。 Objective:To explore the difference in serum lipid levels, hyperlipidemic prevalence and the re- lated risk factors between the Guangxi Hei Yi Zhuang and Bai Ku Yao populations. Methods: A total of 816 subjects of Hei Yi Zhuang nationality and 826 participants of Bai Ku Yao nationality were randomly selected from our previous stratified (gender and age) randomized samples. Serum lipid levels, hyperlipidemic prev- alence and the related risk factors between the two ethnic groups were compared. Results: The levels of se- rum total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein (Apo) A1 and the ratio of ApoA1 to ApoB were higher in Hei Yi Zhuang than in Bai Ku Yao ( P d0.01 for all), whereas the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were lower in Hei Yi Zhuang than in Bai Ku Yao ( P d0.01). The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia was lower in Hei Yi Zhuang than in Bai Ku Yao (7.11% vs. 10. 530//00, P d0.05), but there were no differences in the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia be- tween the Hei Yi Zhuang and Bai Ku Yao populations. The influence of gender, body mass index, blood pressure, alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking and age on serum lipid levels was also different between the two ethnic groups. Conclusion: Serum lipid profiles and the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia were dif- ferent between the Hei Yi Zhuang and Bai Ku Yao populations, which might result from different dietary habit, life style, and even genetic background.
