摘要
塑料嵌件区别于一般冲压件,为减少注射过程中的溢料飞边等缺陷,必须保证其能在注射模中精确定位,并与镶件准确配合。基于生产要求,分析了某继电器塑料嵌件组合的生产工艺性,设计了相应的冲压级进模。采用可动凹模结构保证了沉台成形时制件的平面度;采用精修冲裁保证冲裁面的光亮带要求;设计了防废料上带结构。实践证明,该方法可行,生产效率达到350次/min,制件质量稳定。
The difference between insert and usual stamping part is that the insert must be precisely located in the injection and fit other inserts to reduce the flash and avoid the overflow. Manufacture processing property of a relay parts with insert is analyzed, and the multi-position progressive die of the insert is designed. The structure of floating punch is used to guarantee insert's flatness, fine blanking technology is applied to reduce insert's burr, the structure of avoiding blank scrap upgo is used in this die.The die using the method stably works and the running speed is 350ppm.
