介绍了一款建筑电器外观面板类的注射模,该塑件为我公司自主开发,为墙壁开关的外观件,塑件形状较简单,但外观要求极高。模具采用模内抽芯机构,浇注系统为直接搭接式浇口。本设计采用模内抽芯替代常规斜顶脱扣,模具脱模稳定、模具结构简单。该模具从结构合理性、经济性、安全性等多方面考虑,至使模具结构轻巧,稳定可靠,维修方便,对同行有一定的参考价值。

The paper introduces the class a architectural electrical appliances appearance panel of the injection mold, the plastic parts for my company independent development of products, for the appearance of the wall switch, the product shape is simple, but very demanding appearance. Mold adopted inside core-pulling mechanism, gating system for direct lap type gate. This design uses a mold replace conventional inclined top tripping core-pulling, mold stripping stability, mold structure is simple. The mold from structural rationality, economy, safety consideration,to make the mold structure lightweight,stable and reliable,convenient maintenance, the peers have certain reference value.
