摘要
热流道技术是国家"十五"制造业大力发展而迫切需求的一项实用新技术,采用该技术可减少制品废料、缩短成型周期、提高制品精度。模具行业热流道的应用越来越主流,而一些旧式大浇口模具为了得到更好效益比,将会在条件允许的情况下进行热流道的改造。本文解析了现有大浇口注射模改造为热流道注射模的可行性以及工艺步骤,并对热流道的实用技术进行分析研究,让模具价值发挥到最大。
The hot runner technology is the national ＂fifteen＂ manufacturing developing a practical and urgent need new technology, using this technology can reduce waste products, shorten the molding cycle, improve the precision of products. The application of hot runner mold industry is more and more mainstream, and some of the old gate mould in order to get better efficiency than will be carried out in conditions allow modification of hot runner. This paper analyzes the existing transformed gate injection mold hot runner injection mold and the feasibility of the process steps, and the utility of hot runner technology analysis, to play to the largest mold value.
