摘要 针对南方煤矿矿井地域分布范围广、数量多、单井规模小、环境复杂,管理模式多是采用公司-矿井-井下3层结构的特点,研制了适合南方煤矿的综合自动化系统,重点介绍了系统技术体系结构、系统功能以及软件开发采用的集成技术。该系统利用OPC接口技术解决了硬件设备间互联和互访问题,利用XML中间件解决了异构数据库中数据信息的访问和统一接口问题。实际应用表明,该系统提高了企业生产效率,降低了安全隐患,节约了生产成本。 The southern coal mines are characterized by wide distribution,a large quantity,small-sized single coal mine and complicated surroundings with the management mode of three layers structure of company-mine-underground.For these characteristics,an integrated automation system which is suitable for southern coal mines was developed.The technology system structure,system functions and integration technology of software development of the system were introduced.The system uses OPC interface technology to solve problems of interconnection and access between hardware devices,and adopts XML middleware to solve problems of accessing to data information and unifying interfaces in the heterogeneous databases.The actual application shows that the system improves production efficiency,reduces potential safety hazard,and saves cost of production.
