摘要
目的:探讨乌司他丁在烧伤休克患者中抗氧自由基的作用。方法:将烧伤休克患者随机均分为烧伤休克组(A组)、烧伤休克+乌司他丁给药组(B组)和生理盐水对照组(C组)。给药3 h后分别检测血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷光甘肽(GSH)含量,评定氧自由基水平。结果:B组MDA明显低于A组,而SOD、GSH水平明显高于A组(P<0.01)。结论:乌司他丁可以对抗严重烧伤时机体因缺血再灌注损伤所产生的氧自由基。
Objective To investigate the anti-oxygen free radical effect of ulinastain in shock patients after severe burn. Method The shock patients after burn were randomly divided into three groups A( shock control),B( ulinastain treatment) and C( normal saline control) with 7 cases in each group. The levels of oxygen free radicals were evaluated by measuring serum malondialdehyde( MDA),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutamyl cysteinyl glycine( GSH). Results MDA level was significantly lower,but SOD and GSH levels were significantly higher in group B than those in group A( P 0. 01). Conclusion Ulinastain has preventive effect on oxygen free radical in patients with shock after severe burn.
