开腹手术患者围术期低体温的防护研究

The study on protection of adult laparotomy perioperative hypothermia

目的:通过对患者术前、术中、术后体温及相关指标的监测,探寻成人开腹手术患者围术期低体温发生的原因,以及预防低体温发生的护理措施。方法:选取心功能正常的成年开腹胃肠道手术患者80例,运用对比实验法,将患者平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予低体温预防的各种措施,对照组患者按照平时常规处理,不给予防护措施。对获得的相关指标进行分析和总结。结果:通过对观察组和对照组患者获得的数据进行分析,探寻到成人开腹手术患者围术期低体温发生的原因,以及预防低体温发生的护理措施。结论:对成人开腹手术患者术中给予电热毯保温;围术期所输注、冲洗体腔的液体及血液制品均进行加温,能够有效预防成人开腹手术患者围术期低体温的发生。

Objective To investigate how hypothermia were happened in patients the open surgery and explore of insulation nursing measures to prevent hypothermia by monitoring temperature changes and some information during perioperative period.Method 80 cases of patients with general anesthesia in operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the former of 40 cases were covered with blanket、warming lavage fluid and so on,while control group of 40 cases received conventional care.Results The data were compared between these two groups.we knew the cause of hypothermia and how to do nursing intervention measures.Conclusion Taking active insulation care for example blanket can effectively reduce intraopertive and postoperative low body temperature.
