护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者生活质量的影响

Observation on the influence of nursing intervention on the living quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者生活质量的影响及护理体会。方法:将68例慢性阻塞性肺疾患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组给予全程、系统性护理干预措施,观察并比较两组的效果。结果:观察组患者的PaO2明显升高,PaCO2明显降低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间明显缩短,焦虑和抑郁评分、日常生活得分、社交活动得分明显降低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:包括康复护理、心理护理等在内的全程、系统性干预护理可明显提高慢性阻塞性肺病患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on the living quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and divided into two groups.In control group, 34 patients were cared by usual care.In observation group,34 patients were cared by whole systematic nursing intervention.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The PaO 2 value of patients in observation group was higher than control group and the PaCO 2 value was lower（ P〈0.05）.The hospital stays were shorten and the values of anxiety and depression,daily life and social activities were reduced（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Whole systematic nursing intervention can increase the living qualities of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It is worth for generalization.
