护理专业大学生心理健康状况的调查

Investigation of mental health status of nursing college students

目的:为了了解护理专业学生的心理健康状况。方法:采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对285名护理专业的学生进行调查。结果:护理专业学生的症状自评量表的9个因子水平高于国内成人常模,与全国大学生水平比较躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对水平高于全国大学生水平,偏执和精神病性水平低于全国大学生水平,恐怖症状水平与全国大学生常模无差异。SCL-90因子分≥3的检出率20.35%。结论:应有针对性地开展大学生的健康教育。

Objective To assess the mental health status of nursing college students.Method 285 college students were tested with symptom check list 90.Results The scores of nine factors of SCL-90 were significantly higher in nursing students than those of normal adults in China.Compared with national college students,the scores of factors of somatization,compulsion,human relation,depression,anxiety and rivalry were significantly higher in nursing students,and scores of intolerance and mental disease were lower in nursing students,and score of fear was the same as national college students.The detection rates for factor scores of SCL-90 were 20.35%.Conclusion Health education should be emphasized for different students with corresponding measures.
