摘要
研究了稀土(La、Nd、Y)铬(Cr)络合染料的制备及性能。通过EDTA络合滴定法和可见-分光光度法对产物分别进行了稀土含量和铬含量的测定。用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:在稀土铬络合染料的结构中,稀土离子(La3+、Nd3+、Y3+),铬离子(Cr3+)与配体染料分子中的羧基,羟基及磺酸基产生了配位作用。丝绸染色实验及其各项牢度测试结果表明:稀土铬络合染料的丝绸染色比相应配体染料和相应的铬络合染料的丝绸染色颜色鲜艳;茜素红稀土铬染料的多项丝绸染色牢度比相应的配体茜素红染料和相应的铬络合染料都要好。
This paper studies the Chromium (Cr) complex dye, product respectively preparation and performance of rare earth (La, Nd and Y)- measures the content of rare earth and chromium in the EDTA complexometric titration method and visible spectrophotometry method and characterizes the structure of the product with infrared spectrum and ultraviolet-visible spectrum. The result shows that, in the structure of rare earth-chromium complex dye, rare earth ion (La3+, Nds+ and ya+) and chromium ion (Cra+) have coordination with carboxyl, hydroxy and sulfonic acid group in ligand dye molecule. Results of silk dyeing experiment and tests of its various fastnesses show that silk dyeing of rare earth-chromium complex dye has a brighter color than that of the corresponding ligand dye and chromium complex dye; various silk dyeing fastnesses of alizarin red-rare earth-chromium dye are better than those of the corresponding ligand alizarin red dye and the corresponding chromium comolex dve.
