摘要
主要研究前处理剂HS-167的净洗力、润湿性和扩散性等化学特性,探讨了HS-167在棉织物一浴法前处理中的应用工艺。实验结果表明,HS-167具有良好的净洗力、润湿性和扩散性,在棉织物一浴法前处理的最佳应用工艺为:NaOH 14g/L、H2O2(30%)8g/L、Na2SiO38g/L、HS-167 5g/L,处理温度90℃,处理时间50min,浴比1∶30。经该工艺处理后的棉织物达到白度75.74%、毛效17.18cm和断裂强力423.2N等高质量指标。
This paper mainly studies chemical characteristics of pretreatment agent HS-167 such as detergency, wettability and dispersity and discusses the application process of HS- 167 in pretreatment of cotton fabrics with one bath process. The experimental result shows that HS-167 has good detergency, wettability and dispersity. The optimal application process of pretreatment of cotton fabrics with one batch process is: NaOH 14g/L, H202 (30%)8g/L, Na2SiO3 8 g/L, HS-167 5g/L, processing temperature 90℃, processing time 50min and bath ratio 1 : 30. Cotton fabrics treated with this process reach high-quality indicators such as whiteness 75.74Y0, capillary effect 17.18cm and breaking strength 423. 2N.
