SMMS层压复合非织造布的制备与过滤性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探究层压工艺对SMMS复合非织造布过滤性能的影响,利用正交试验设计,通过改变层压工艺参数,制备9种不同的SMMS复合非织造布,并对其结构参数和性能指标进行分析表征。由实验结果可知,最佳层压复合工艺为温度135℃、压强1MPa及时间3s;压强和时间对过滤效率均有一定的影响,而压强、温度和时间均对过滤阻力有不同程度的影响;复合非织造布的断裂强度达8N/5cm以上。SMMS层压复合非织造布的平均孔径在3~6μm,孔隙率在60%~70%,过滤效率在94%以上,过滤阻力在290Pa以上,过滤阻力较高;透气率和过滤阻力均与孔隙率有较好的负相关性,相关系数分别为0.9646和0.9665;同时透气率越好,过滤阻力越小;平均孔径越小,过滤效率越高。 To explore the influence ot lamination process on ilttrgtuun p^ulocity composite nonwovens, this study prepares nine different SMMS composite nonwovens with orthogonal test design by changing parameters of lamination process and conducts analysis and characterization on its structure parameters and performance index. According to the experimental result, the optimal lamination compound process is temperature 135℃, pressure 1MPa and time 3s. Pressure and time have certain influence on filter efficiency and pressure, temperature and time have different degrees of influence on filtration resistance. The breaking strength of composite nonwovens reaches over 8N/5cm. The average bore diameter of SMMS laminated composite nonwovens is 3 -6μm, poriness is 60%-70%, filter efficiency is over 94% and filtration resistance is over 290Pa, which is relatively high. Air permeability and filtration resistance have good negative correlation with poriness and correlation coefficients are respectively 0. 9646 and 0. 9665. Meanwhile, the better the air permeability, the lower the filtration resistance; the smaller the average bore diameter, the higher the filter efficiency.
