套色彩色牛仔布的浆染新工艺研究

彩色套色牛仔布产品深受客户喜爱，具有广阔的市场前景。在目前产品研究的基础上，采用新型环锭竹节纱和棉纱作经纱，氨纶作纬纱，经纱经过整经、渗透、浸压染色、水洗、上浆等工艺，达到经纱表面毛羽少，上浆率可降低50％～60％等良好特性，使开发的套色彩色牛仔服饰面料具有新潮文化元素。另外还对生产过程中产生的污水通过生化污水处理，实现绿色环保，生产的彩色牛仔布获得国家实用新型和外观设计专利。

Colorful color register jean products are deeply loved by customers and have a wide market prospect. On the basis of the current product research, new ring slub yarn and cotton yarn are used as warp yarn and spandex is used as weft yarn. Warp yarn is subject to warping, permeation, dip dyeing, washing and dressing, thus realizing less hairiness on the surface of warp yarn and reduction of sizing percentage by 50%-60% and making color register colorful jean fabrics developed have new cultural elements. In addition, waste water produced in the production process is subject to biochemical treatment, thus realizing environmental protection. Colorful jean has obtained national utility model patent and appearance design patent.
