摘要 颈椎人工椎间盘置换术（ACDR）的设计理念是保留手术节段的活动，减少以往融合术带来的相邻节段退变加速问题。颈椎融合与非融合混合应用即Hybrid术式，在某些临床情况下可能具有一定的实际意义。
