1453份贫困地区乡村卫生机构药物处方合格率调查分析

Analysis on Rate of Eligibility of 1453 Drug Prescriptions in Rural Health Organizations

通过对贫困地区乡卫生院和村卫生室的药物处方进行抽查分析，结果表明，贫困地区的农村医疗卫生机构的处方合格率极低，仅有１．７９％处方合格。其中乡镇卫生院处方合格率为２．４２％，村卫生室处方合格率为０．０６％。提示县级卫生管理部门亟待加强基层医疗机构的处方整顿工作．从而有助于杜绝医疗隐患和纠纷。

Through analyses of drug prescriptions of township hospitals and village clinics in the poor areas, the result shows that total rate of prescription eligibility of township hospitals and village clinics just is 1. 79 percent, and it is 2. 42 percent in township hospitals, 0. 06 percent in village clinic. country health bureaus should strengthen prescription of rural health organizations so as to reduce medical accidents.
