浅谈日本住宅产业化的发展与现状

Brief Discussion on Development and Current Status of Residential Industrialization in Japan

随着我国经济的持续快速发展,住宅产业已经成为我国经济的支柱产业之一。但是因为我国住宅产业的发展起步较晚,其产业化程度不高,已不能适应经济发展的需要。如何提高住宅产业化程度,推行集约型工业化住宅,提高住宅品质,对推动经济的发展具有重要的意义。本文通过对日本住宅产业化发展历程与现状的分析,得到思考和启示,探讨符合我国国情的产业化住宅产业化发展模式。

With the sustained and rapid development of economy in our country, the residential induslry has become a pillar industry of China＇s economy. But for the late start of development of residential industry in our country, the low level of residential industrialization cannot satisfy the development of economy. How to improve the level of residential industrialization, carry out intensive industrialized residential, improve the quality of the residential, which is very important to promote the development of economy. This paper obtained thoughts and apocalypse based on the analysis of the development and current situation of residential industrialization Jn Japan, which is the foundation to explore the development mode of residential industrialization that fits our national condition.
