长沙市试点“社区规划师”初探——以湘园社区为例

在长沙天心区湘园社区试点"社区规划师",明确社区规划师工作内容。通过"社区规划师"深入社区调研,深化公众参与,反映社区基层诉求,搭建规划管理部门和基层之间的沟通平台,促进社区居民对城市规划的参与程度,更好的促进居民参与到社区规划中来,推进社区居民的自我治理。进而破解社区发展的难点,推进社区建设和转型。

The ＂community planner＂ program made experiments in XiangYuan community in TianXin district. By deep community investigation and public participation, reflects the public demands and establishes the communicated bonds between the administration and the public. Therefore, enhances the public participation in urban planning and improves the self-governance of the community, in that way to impel the community construction and transformation.
