摘要 微生物次级代谢产物是药物先导化合物的重要来源。南北极地区独特而严酷的自然环境使得极地微生物在生物物种、活性代谢产物等方面表现出明显的新颖性,并正在成为微生物药物研究的重要资源。近年来从极地来源微生物中分离到许多结构新颖、活性显著的化合物,这些化合物为新药研究提供了丰富的资源。本文对近年来国内外对极地微生物代谢产物及其活性研究进行简要综述。 Microorganisms secondary metabolites have been an important source for drug lead compounds. Because of unique and harsh environment, the polar microorganisms have shown significant novelty and diversity in biological species and secondary metabolite, and became important resource of drug discovery. In recent years, numerous natural products with novel structure and distinct biological activity have been discovered from the secondary metabolites of polar microorganisms. These bioactive compounds provided much valuable resources for new drug development. In this paper, we review the secondary metabolites and their biological activities of polar microorganisms.
