bcl-2、bax和mdrl基因表达与急性白血病的治疗及预后 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究探讨 bcl- 2基因、bax基因和 m drl基因表达与急性白血病的治疗及预后的关系。方法 :用链亲和素—胶体金原位杂交检测了 5 6例 AL 患者的 bcl- 2、bax和 mdrl基因表达。结果 :bcl- 2和 mdrl基因低表达及 bax基因高表达患者的完全缓解率 (CR)高 ,bcl- 2 /bax比值 <0 .6患者的 CR率更明显高于 >1.2者 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :bcl- 2、m dr1及 bax基因表达是 AL 相对预后不良因素 ,bcl/bax比值更是决定 AL 预后好坏的关键指标。 Objective:To study the prognostic and treatment significance of bcl 2 gene,bax gene and mdrl gene ,expression in acute leukemia.Methods:The expression of bcl 2,bax and mdrl gene was detected by in situ hybridization with sreptavadin gold in 56 cases of acute leukemia.Results: The patients who had higher expression the bcl 2 gene and mdrl gene or lower expression of the bax gene were associated with lower complete remisson than the patients with lower expression of bcl 2 gene and higher expression bax gene.The patients with higher ratio of bcl 2/bax(>1.2) were much lower complete remission than these with lower ratio(<0.6) of bcl 2/bax patients( P <0.001).Conclusion: The higher expression of bcl 2 and mdrl gene or lower expression of bax gene,espically with higher ratio of bcl 2/bax in acute leukaemia were significance poor prognostic index.
