轻度认知障碍患者血管狭窄程度与脑电图功率谱改变的关系

摘要 目的研究轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者的颅内血管狭窄程度与脑电功率谱改变的关系。方法将71例MCI患者根据其头核磁血管检查(MRA)分为3组,无血管狭窄(A)组28例、轻度血管狭窄(B)组23例及重度血管狭窄(C)组20例,进行常规脑电图(EEG)记录,比较分析3组的主频分布和频段相对功率值。结果与A组(4.10±0.03)mV2/Hz比较,B组(3.22±0.03)mV2/Hz、C组(2.41±0.02)mV2/Hz脑电图α2频段相对功率值下降。δ频段相对功率值升高,3组依次为(1.31±0.01)mV2/Hz、(1.62±0.01)mV2/Hz和(2.12±0.02)mV2/Hz。θ/α1值随着血管狭窄程度升高,3组依次为0.72±0.06、0.81±0.05和1.27±0.05。结论 MCI患者α2、δ频段相对功率值及θ/α1值对患者血管狭窄程度可能具有提示意义。
