胸部高分化型及黏液型脂肪肉瘤的CT表现与病理对照分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨胸部高分化及黏液型脂肪肉瘤的影像学及病理特征。方法回顾分析8例经病理证实的胸部高分化(5例)及黏液型(3例)脂肪肉瘤的影像学及病理资料。所有患者术前均接受CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 8例脂肪肉瘤中(胸壁3例、纵隔5例),肿块大小7.0cm×4.0cm×6.3cm^22.8cm×14.7cm×15.1cm;2例密度均匀(1例为完全软组织密度,1例为完全囊性密度),6例不均匀;3例含脂肪密度,5例无脂肪密度。平扫CT值-86~60HU,增强后实性部分强化,8例中7例轻度强化或无强化、1例中度强化伴局部明显强化。8例中,7例肿瘤包绕或侵犯周围组织。结论胸部高分化型及黏液型脂肪肉瘤的CT表现具有一定特征,且与病理类型密切相关。 Objective To explore CT and pathologic [eatures o~ thoracic well-di[[erentiated and myxolo tlposarcum,x. Methods Clinical and imaging characteristics of 8 patients with thoracic liposarcoma (5 well-differentiated liposarcoma and 3 myxoid liposarcoma) proved with pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Plain and contrast enhanced CT were per- formed on all 8 patients. Results The size of tumors (including 5 from mediastinum and 3 from chest wall) ranged 7.0 cm X4.0 cm〉(6.3 cm--22.8 cmX 14.7 cmX 15.1 crn. Tumors in 2 patients showed homogeneous density (1 showed com- pletely soft tissue density, the other showed wholly cystic density), while in 6 had inhomogeneous density. Fat density in the tum~ was detected in 3 patients and no fat density in 5 cases. CT value for tumors on plain CT ranged (tom -- 86 to 60 HU. The masses enhanced slightly (n=7) to moderately (n= 1), and the latter showed significantly local enhance- ment. Tumors violated surrounding tissue in 7 patients. Conclusion CT features of thoracic well-differentiated and myxoid liposarcoma are relatively specific, which are closely related to pathologic changes.
