摘要
目的探讨128层螺旋CT在气道异物诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 42例气道异物患者行128层螺旋CT检查,将图像上传至工作站行气道容积再现(volume rendering,VR)、CT仿真内镜(CT virtual endoscopy,CTVE)、最小密度投影(minimum intensity projection,MinP)、多平面重建(multi-planner reformation,MPR)等后处理,并与纤维支气管镜检查结果进行对照。结果经VR、CTVE、MinP等后处理后,气管、气管隆突、主支气管和段支气管结构及伴随征象显示清晰;与纤维支气管镜检查结果进行对照,128层螺旋CT诊断气道异物的符合率为97.6%。结论 128层螺旋CT对气道狭窄定位准确,用于气道异物诊断无创、准确率高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 128-slice spiral CT to the diagnosis of airway foreign bodies. Methods Forty-two patients with airway foreign bodies underwent 128-slice spiral CT inspection. The image were uploaded to the workstation to be processed by airway volume rendering (VR), CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE), minimum intensity projection (MinP) and multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), and were compared with fiberoptic bronchoscopy results. Results After the images on 128-slice spiral CT were processed by VR, CTVE and MinP, the structures of trachea, trachea carina, primary bronchu and segmental bronchus as well as accompanying signs were clearly shown. Compared with fiberoptic bronchoscopy results, the coincidence rate of 128-slice spiral CT to diagnose tracheobronchial foreign bodies was 97. 6%. Conclusions 128-slice spiral CT has the advantage of noninvasive procedure, accurate location and high diagnostic rate in the diagnosis of airway foreign bodies.
