根面龋应用激光去腐充填修复后的微渗漏研究 被引量:1

Treatment of microleakage of root caries after Er,Cr:YSGG laser preparation

摘要 目的探讨根面龋应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐充填后充填体与洞壁间的微渗漏情况。方法根面有龋损的离体牙20颗,随机分为观察组与对照组各10颗牙,观察组应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐备洞,对照组应用高速手机去腐备洞,之后均充填富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子。采用热力循环法和染料渗入法处理充填完成的离体牙,体视显微镜和扫描电镜下观察充填体与洞壁间的微渗漏情况。结果 2组染料渗透情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组充填体边缘微缝隙在牙合壁的间隙宽度分别为(0.655±0.048)、(0.633±0.050)μm,在龈壁的间隙宽度分别为(0.545±0.089)、(0.543±0.075)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光对根面龋去腐充填,不会降低充填体与洞壁间微渗漏的发生率。 Objective To observe the microleakage of the restorations and cave walls after the root removal with Er, Cr: YSGG laser. Methods Twenty in vitro teeth with root caries were divided into observation group and control group, with 10 teeth in each group. Observation group underwent caries removal and cavity preparation with Er, Cr: YSGG laser. Control group underwent caries removal and cavity preparation with conventional dental high-speed air turbine headpiece. All cavities were filled with Fuji II glass ionomer. Thermodynamic cycle method and dye penetration were used to fill the completed teeth in vitro, and the microleakage was observed under stereomicroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Results Dye penetration in different degrees was seen in the filling body edge, but there were no significant differences of the dye penetration in microleakage between two groups (P〉0.05). The gap widths of the microcrack filling body edge were (0. 655±0. 048) and (0. 633±0. 050) μm in the cornal wall, and (0. 545±0. 089) and (0. 543± 0. 075) μm in the gingival wall in observation group and control group, showing no significant differences (P〉O. 05). Conclusions Er, Cr: YSGG Laser does not reduce the incidence of microleakage between filling body and cave walls after caries removal and cavity filling.
