麻醉与老年患者术后认知功能障碍的研究进展 被引量：70

摘要 术后认知功能障碍(POCD)是手术麻醉后一种常见的并发症,是麻醉学和认知神经科学研究的热点,但其发病机制至今尚未清楚。越来越多的证据表明麻醉可以导致或增加老年患者POCD的发生风险,而且老年患者术后阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发生与麻醉的潜在关系也是近年来的研究热点。现主要从麻醉药物、麻醉方法等方面对麻醉与老年患者包括POCD与AD在内的术后认知功能改变的关系作一综述,为临床麻醉方案实施及POCD防治提供参考,减少老年患者术后并发症的发生,促进患者的恢复。
