间充质干细胞联合纳米骨修复骨缺损的成骨效果

摘要 目的观察兔骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)联合纳米羟基磷灰石胶原骨(NHAC)修复骨缺损后的成骨效果。方法 30只新西兰大白兔建立尺骨缺损模型,随机均分为NHAC对照组(A组)和兔BMSCs+NHAC组(B组)。术后4、8、12周,取缺损修复处骨,检测骨小梁百分比面积、骨密度及生物力学。结果与A组相比,B组术后骨小梁百分比面积、骨密度、载荷强度均增加(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 BMSCs联合NHAC修复兔骨缺损后的成骨质量明显优于单纯植入NHAC。 Objective To investigate the osteogenetic effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) combined with nano-hydroxyapatite collagen (NHAC) on repairing bone defect in rabbits. Methods Ulna defect model was established in 30 New Zealand rabbits, which were equally randomized into two groups of A(repaired with NHAC) and B(repaired with BMSCs+NHAC). On the 4th ,8th and 12th week after implantation, repaired bone was taken and a series of examinations including percentage of bone trabecula area, bone density and biomechanics were analyzed. Results Compared with group A, the percentages of bone trabecula area, bone density and density of load after implantation were all significantly increased in group B(P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). Conlusion Utilizing BMSCs combined with NHAC to repair bone defect achieves a better result than that of single NHAC.
