摘要
目的探讨肺癌组织中多效蛋白(PTN)的表达及其临床意义。方法肺癌组织标本92例(肺癌组);其中,鳞癌46例(鳞癌组),腺癌31例(腺癌组),小细胞癌15例(小细胞癌组);良性病变肺组织标本15例(对照组)。采用组织芯片结合免疫组织化学法检测PTN的表达。结果 PTN蛋白主要表达于细胞的胞浆和胞膜。肺癌组PTN表达高于对照组(P<0.01)。小细胞癌组PTN表达高于鳞癌组和腺癌组(P<0.05)。PTN在肺癌患者中的表达量与肿瘤的TNM分期(P<0.05)、病理类型(P<0.05)及肿瘤分化程度(P<0.05)密切相关。结论 PTN在肺癌,尤其是小细胞肺癌组织中的表达异常增高,有可能成为新的肺癌诊断及预后肿瘤标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of pleiotrophin(PTN) in lung cancer. Methods With tissue microarray and immunohistochemical techniques, the PTN expressions were detected in 92 lung cancer samples(group A) and 15 tissue samples of benign pulmonary lesions(group B). Group A included 46 samples of squamous cell carcinoma(group A1),31 samples of adenocarcinoma ( group A2) and 15 samples of small ceil carcinoma (group A3). Results PTN was found to exist mainly in the cytoplasm and membrane. The PTN expression was significantly higher in group A than that in group B(P〈0.0l) ,which was higher in group A3 than that in groups of A1 and A2 (P〈0. 05). The PTN expression in group A was closely related with TNM stage, pathological type and differentiation degree(P〈0. 05). Conclusion PTN is highly expressed in lung cancer,especially in small cell lung cancer, which could be a tumor marker for the diagnosis and prediction of prognosis of lung cancer.
