摘要
目的探讨氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18 F-FDG)PET显像中飞行时间(TOF)技术对标准摄取值(SUV)的影响。方法 61例受检者显像数据采用TrueX+TOF(TOF组)和TrueX(非TOF组)两种方法分别进行图像重建,比较重建后病灶SUV的差异。结果 61例受检者病灶共136处。其中,头颈部(不包含脑组织)19处(14.0%),胸部59处(43.4%),腹部40处(29.4%),盆腔18处(13.2%)。TOF组的SUV最大值及SUV平均值均高于非TOF组[(10.02±7.40vs.9.17±7.50)和(6.89±4.95vs.6.32±5.02)](P<0.01)。结论 PET图像通过TOF重建后,图像质量和病灶的探测效率得到提高。
Objective To explore the impact of time of flight(TOF) on standard uptake value (SUV) in 18F-fluorodexyglucose(TM F FIX3) PET imaging. Methods The images from 61 patients were reconstructed by two methods of TrueXq-TOF(group TOF) and TrueX(group nonTOF). SUV of the lesions was compared after reconstruction between two groups. Results One hundred and thirty-six lesions were found in 61 patients, which were 19(14.0%) lesions in head-and-neck(brain excluded) ,59(43.4%) lesions in thorax, 40(29.4G) lesions in abdomen and 18(13.2G) lesions in pelvic cavity. SUVmax and SUVmean in group TOF were higher than those in group nonTOF( 10. 02 ±7.40 vs. 9.17±7.50 and 6.89±4.95 vs. 6. 32 ± 5. 02 ) ( P〈0. 01). Conclusion After TOF reconstruction, the quality of images and detection efficiency are improved.
