摘要
针对电能质量监测装置手动校准过程中存在的耗时长、易引入人为误差等问题,设计了一种电能质量监测装置全自动校准系统,通过采用校准方案模板和报告模板、内置可扩展规约库、自动控制标准源输出、自动计算误差和不确定度等方法,可实现对电能质量监测装置校准过程的全自动控制。实际应用表明电能质量监测装置全自动校准系统操作简单,校准时间短,尤其适用于对电能质量监测装置的批量集中检测和校准。
A full-automatic calibration system for power quality monitoring equipment is designed based on design of calibration plan template,report template,built-in extensible communication protocol library ,automatic control of pow- er quality calibrator,automatic calculation of error and measurement uncertainty to solve the problem of time-consu- ming operation and human errors caused by manual calculation, so as to achieve full-automatic control of calibration for power quality monitoring equipment. Practical application shows that this system is easy to use and shortens the calibration time so as to meet the requirement of testing and calibration of a mass of power quality monitoring equip- ments.
