摘要
从实际生产所用的3kA稀土电解槽石墨阳极进行采样,采用多孔介质模型模拟不同插入深度和阳极内径对电解过程的影响,并综合分析石墨阳极在槽体内部对电解过程的影响。
Graphite anode of 3 kA neodymium rare earth electrolytic cell in actual production was sampled. The effects of insertion depth of anode and anode diameter on electrolytic process were simulated with por- ous media model and, the effect of graphite anode inside the cell on electrolysis process was comprehensively analyzed.
