基于异质性分析团队工作绩效提高的策略 被引量:1

摘要 团队成员的异质性对团队的绩效有至关重要的影响。团队异质的多维性是研究团队绩效不可或缺的内容。文章通过团队异质性对团队的影响分析,从团队异质性的分类与测量、团队异质性对团队工作效率的影响和增强异质性团队工作效率的策略这些方面进行描述。最后是对未来研究的展望。
