摘要
通过网络调查了我国37所具有"图书馆、情报与档案管理"一级学科硕士学位授权点的教育机构,并对其中28所发放问卷补充相关资料,从教师的学科背景、研究方向、国际化水平3个方面开展比较详细的现状调查。在调研基础上,总结我国LIS教育机构师资队伍建设的现状与特点,同时与国外iSchools进行对比,有针对性地提出加强我国LIS教育师资队伍建设的建议。
Through the Internet,this paper investigates 37 educational institutions in China which get the＂library,information and archival management＂master degree authorization from aspects of academic backgrounds,research areas and internationalization of the faculties,and issues a survey questionnaire to 28 of which to get more supplementary information.Based on the investigation results,it summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the faculty construction in LIS educational institutions.And by comparison with foreign iSchools,it put forward the proposal for the faculty construction of LIS education in China.
