The Experience and Enlightenment of Agricultural Professional Education and Training in USA

摘要作为美国农业发展与农村建设进程中一项社会工程,农业职业教育与培训的成功实践在世界范围内广获认可。本文通过阐述美国农业职业教育与培训发展历程中的主要成功经验,以期对我国的新型职业农民培养有所借鉴。 Farmer education and training has always been the critical project in the agricultural development in America and its success is wildly recognized globally, The main reasons of its success are four parts： federal and states law and financial support, farmer education and training system＇ s practical reform process, the development of agricultural extension movement and the success of multi-level cooperative network. The purpose of this article is to get insights from it into China＇ s new professional farmers＇ project.
