摘要
劳动关系的集体化转型过程中,频发的劳资冲突给企业劳动关系的稳定与企业的生产效率都造成了很大的损害。构建一个动态的、可量化的企业劳动关系评价指标体系,对于建设和谐劳动关系具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文结合我国企业劳动关系的实际情况,借鉴已有的劳动关系分析模型,提出了对企业劳动关系评价指标体系构建的分析框架,包括基本业务管理、合作管理、冲突管理、员工利益保障及企业绩效表现等五个方面的企业劳动关系评价指标体系。
In the transformation of labor-relation collectivization, the frequent conflict between labor and capital causes great damage to both the stability of labor relations and the production efficiency of enterprises. It has been proved theoretically and practically that constructing a dynamic and quantitative labor-relation evaluation index system for enterprises accurately judges the status and trends, prevents the risks, fixes the abnormalities and makes the balance of labor relations. Based on practical situation of Chinese labor relations and previous work of labor-relation analytical model, we presented five aspects of an analytical outline for the labor-relation evaluation index system for enterprises, including basic business management, cooperative management, conflict management, employee interest protection and performance of enterprise. Preliminarily, we construct a labor-relation evaluation index system which includes two A indices, five B indices, 19 C indices and 46 D indices.
