农户创业价值实现与环境调节:自资源拼凑理论透视 被引量:19

摘要 将资源拼凑理论应用到农户创业研究中,分析资源拼凑方式对农户创业价值的实现机理,得出采用选择性拼凑策略有利于农户实现更好的创业价值。从情景因素视角分析环境的特性在资源拼凑方式与农户创业价值实现之间的调节作用,发现宽松、动态的创业环境能够起到正向调节作用。 By applying bricolage theory to the farmer entrepreneurship research, and analyzing the realizing mechanism of bricolage form on farmer creating entrepreneurship value, we conclude that the serial bricolage can achieve better entrepreneurial value. And by analyzing moderating effects of environmental characteristics between bricolage to realize the entrepreneurship value, we conclude that relaxed, dynamic entrepreneurial environment can play a positive regulatory role.
