农民信息素质量表编制及其信效度检验

Farmers' Information Literacy Scale Compilation and Its Reliability and Validity Test

根据已有理论及相关调查结果,提出农民信息素质量表的基本结构维度并进行量表项目的编制。利用初始量表在206名农民中进行初测,通过项目鉴别度分析和探索性因素分析,删除不合要求的项目后,形成包含15个项目的量表,包括信息需求意识、信息价值评价、信息获取能力、信息理解能力和信息共享能力五个维度。在426名农民中进行复测,证明量表具有良好的信度和效度,可为评价农民信息素质提供一个量化工具。

According to the existing theory and related survey results, this paper proposed basic structural dimension of Farmers＇ Information Literacy Scale and compiled items of the scale. By pre-testing 206 farmers in rural areas and deleting inconsistent items with item discrimination analysis and exploratory factor analysis, 15 items were included in the final scale, classified into two dimensions： information consciousness and information ability. The first dimension included 2 factors： information demand consciousness and information valuation, and the second dimension included 3 factors： information acquire ability, information comprehensive ability and information sharing ability. The Reliability （α = 0.755） and Validity were tested in 426 farmers and proved to be good, and could be a quantitative tool for evaluating farmers＇ information literacy.
