摘要
对科技信息的扩散-吸纳过程进行了投入-产出分析,将全国30各地区对应的科技信息扩散-吸纳过程中的指标面板数据进行了串联链式两阶段DEA效率测算,通过对测算结果的分析,获得了我国科技信息扩散-吸纳效率提升的优化措施与对策。
The inputs-outputs analysis on diffusion - absorption process was proposed in this paper, and then calculated the process＇s efficiency by using two-stage DEA model based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China. At last, the optimal measures and suggestions were proposed for enhancing the efficiency of diffusion - absorption process in China.
