本文将中国校友会网2012中国大学排行榜前20的高校档案馆的h1和h2进行比较,分析了h2指数和h1指数的相关性,指出h2不仅具有评价的有效性,而且h2指数较h1指数应用于档案馆评价更具准确性和直接可视性;并以动态"机构h指数"为视角,探讨了h2指数应用于高校档案馆学术能力评价具有较强的精确性、细腻性和表现力,最后总结出h2应用于高校档案馆学术能力评价的优势与不足。

This article compared hl and h2 of China Alumni Network 2012 Chinese University Rankings Top 20 College Archives and analyses the h2 index and hl index correlation, pointing h2 not only has the alidity of the evaluation, and compared with hi Index, h2 index applied to archives evaluation is more accurate and direct visibility; In a dynamic ＂h index＂ as the angle of view,it discussed h2 index and its application to the University Archives academic competency assessment and accuracy, delicate and expressive.Finally,it summed up the advantages and disadvantages of h2 used in University Archives academic ability evaluation.
