浅议水泥工业用煤分析试验项目的名称、代表符号及其基准

Discussion on the names,symbols and their "Base" of testing items in coal analyses for cement industry

《煤炭分析试验方法一般规定》中分析试验项目规定的代表符号和表示方法采用ISO国际标准,但水泥工业对该标准宣贯不力,经常在技术交流和互提设计资料时比较混乱。对煤炭工业分析的试验项目代表符号和各种"基"的代表符号应一律采用国家新标准,分析试验项目的代表符号抑或各种"基"的代表符号一定要准确填写,对煤炭工业分析的试验项目和各种"基"的代表符号必须持慎重态度,不能随意标注。水泥厂或设计部门在给煤粉燃烧器供货厂家提供煤粉工业全分析数据的同时,也应提供煤粉的细度,并将基符号标注正确。

ISO international standards was accepted in 'General Regulations for testing method of coal analyses' for all the stipulated symbols and expression methods for analyzing and testing items.But in cement trade,enough attention was not paid to this General Regulations,and confusions always happened in technical exchange activities and/or design data offering.So,new national standard must be adopted for symbol of testing items and various 'Base' in industrial analyses for coals,and every kind of these symbols must be correctively indicated or expressed,which is not allowed following one's inclinations.When industrial analyses data of coal powder are offered to coal burner suppliers by the customers like cement plant owners or their designers,the fineness of coal powder should be offered simultaneously,while all the symbols should be indicated correctly.
