Assessment on processing schemes of grinding systems in Portland cement plants

摘要 水泥生产线粉磨系统的正确选择,关系到运营成本的控制。以5 000 t/d熟料水泥厂为例,分别对生料、煤粉和水泥粉磨系统的选型各筛选出两种应用较广、并最具发展潜力的优化方案进行技术经济的综合评价,认为:生料粉磨、立磨系统仍然具有相当竞争力,但辊压机终粉磨系统属首选;煤粉制备系统选型中,立磨系统是取代风扫式球磨最佳选择;而水泥粉磨选型,推荐首选立磨系统。 Selecting corrective grinding system for cement production line is an important decision,which is related to control operational cost.Taking a 5000t/d Portland cement plant as an example,tech-economical comprehensive assessment is done separately for two kinds of optimized proposals,which are widely used and to be regarded as having great developing potentialities for grinding systems of raw meal,coal powder and cement preparation,and results show that for raw meal grinding,roller mill system is still competitive,but finished grinding system with roller press will be the first choice,for coal powder preparation,roller mill will be the optimized choice instead of wind swept ball mill,and for cement grinding,roller mill system will be the first recommended proposal.
