摘要
目的 :探索治疗视神经外伤的手术方法。方法 :为视神经外伤 8例行经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术。结果 :8例中 5例从术前的无光感 ,眼前手动到术后的视力 1 0 ,3例由术前的无光感到术后视力 0 3。术后随访 3～ 11个月无颅内出血 ,脑脊液鼻漏、感染等并发症。结论 :只要掌握经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术的适应证及操作熟练 ,可获得良好的效果。
Objective:To explore surgical operation in treating optic nerve injury.Method:Eight cases of optic nerve injury were treated decompression by nasendoscopy.Result:Among the 8 cases,5 have the sight recovered to 1.0, 3 have the sight recovered to 0.3.Followed up 3～11 months,all of them have no intracranial hemorrhage,craniohydrorrhea,infection and ofter complications .Conclusion:To get good effect,the authors should master the indications of decompression and the procedures of operation.
