带锁钢板在颈椎肿瘤手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨带锁钢板在颈椎肿瘤手术治疗中的价值。方法 行前路椎体切除,自体髂骨植骨及颈椎带锁钢板固定治疗15例颈椎肿瘤患者,其中颈椎转移瘤5例,原发性肿瘤10例。结果15例均获随访,随访时间8-48个月,平均26.6个月,无手术并发症出现,全部病例植骨均在3个月内获融合,颈椎椎间高度及生理曲度维持良好,无钢板与螺钉的松动,滑脱,折断等。5例颈肩剧烈疼痛者术后症状即有明显改善。除1例FrankelA级和2例E级者外,神经功能均有不同程度恢复。结论 手术切除颈椎椎体,植骨后辅以颈椎带锁钢板内固定可明显缓解症状,即刻稳定颈椎,改善神经功能,对患者预后的改善及生活质量的提高作用较大。
